Most of our products are available to be shipped internationally. There are a handful of countries we don't ship to due to shipping insurance being unavailable on packages shipped to those countries. There are also some items that cannot be shipped to certain countried based on postal and customs regulations. The third party ecommerce platforms where our products are available will generally not show you a product that cannot be shipped to the shipping address you have on file.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer the less expensive USPS first class international service as an international shipping option. This service does nto provide tracking information and therefore does not comply with various standards we need to meet with the thrid party ecommerce platforms we use.
Great Stuff Surplus is incorporated in Colorado, so all sales to Colorado will be charged applicable state and local sales tax. For orders shipped outside of Colorado, sales tax will only be charged if required by your state.
Any sales tax charged is based on the shipping address location. Sales tax will be automatically calculated and charged by the third party ecommerce platform your order is placed through.
Please note that laws pertaining to collection of sales tax for online orders have been changing in response to the 2018 Wayfair Supreme Court decision. This is why you may notice sales tax being charged on an order where it previously wasn't.
We process and ship orders within one business day. Most orders ship via USPS First Class Parcel service or Priority Mail service and should arrive within a few days. Please refer to the exact shipping information on the item listing for details on a particular item.
Shipping times are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. We have no control over carrier transit times. We take responsibility for processing and shipping orders within 1 business day of receiving payment. However, we ask buyers to understand that we cannot control what happens to your order once it leaves our possession.
Please pay attention to estimated transit times before selecting a shipping method. Transit times may vary, especially during peak periods and inclement weather. Buyers concerned about the shipping status of their order should contact us. We are happy to assist buyers with any problems experienced with a carrier.
We do not offer any type of gift packaging. However, you may let us know you would like your order shipped without a receipt. We process and ship orders very quickly, so please make sure to let us know of your request at the time of purchase.
If you would like an item shipped to a different shipping address, please make sure to update the shipping address while placing your order. We are required by the policies of the third party ecommerce platforms we use to ship items to the shipping address selected during checkout.
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. Simply follow the order cancellation process for the third party ecommerce platform on which you placed your oder.
Please note that we process and ship orders very quickly, sometimes within minutes of the order being placed, so cancellations should be done promptly. If tracking information for your order has been provided, please contact us directly to see if we can still cancel your oder. If we have not yet delivered the package to the carrier for shipment then cancellation may still be possible.
Almost every item we sell can be returned. We simply ask that the item be returned to us in the same condition it was received. If for some reason the item is no longer in the condition it was received, simply let us know and we'll work something out. In the rare event that an item is not returnable, that will be specified in the item listing.
If you are returning an item because there was a problem with the order, then we will provide you with a full refund (including any shipping charges you may have paid) and we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning an item because you've changed your mind, then we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges you may have paid) and we ask that you cover the return shipping cost.
